Standard Payment Structure: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
To protect both counterparties and fund farm procurement without speculative exposure, IndoAgro Trade operates under standard international trade terms:
- 30% Advance Deposit: Transferred upon execution of the formal Proforma Invoice / Sales Contract to lock commodity pricing, reserve mill capacity, and begin farm sourcing.
- 70% Balance Settlement: Payable upon completion of container stuffing and release of draft non-negotiable Bill of Lading, or prior to surrender of original shipping documents / Telex release.
