Initial Consultation & Inquiry
Initiate contact by detailing your required commodity, volume, specific technical grades, and target port. Our export specialists will analyze your request and typically respond within one business day.
Commercial Offer & Negotiation
We construct a comprehensive quotation encompassing FOB or CIF pricing, estimated lead times, and standard payment structures (T/T: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before sending). Terms are openly discussed to achieve mutual alignment.
Sample Evaluation (Optional)
To guarantee the product meets your exact standards, we dispatch representative physical samples via DHL/FedEx. Production proceeds only upon your technical approval of the sample.
Contract Formalization & Deposit
Once terms are agreed, a formal Sales Contract/Proforma Invoice is executed. Procurement and manufacturing commence immediately upon receipt of the agreed 30% T/T deposit.
Quality Assurance & Stuffing
Goods undergo independent laboratory testing (e.g., Sucofindo or SGS) before being securely loaded into containers. We provide visual documentation of the stuffing process for your peace of mind.
Freight & Documentation Dispatch
The cargo is transferred to the port for export clearance. Upon departure, the full suite of shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, CoA, Phyto) is couriered to your office, enabling smooth clearance at the destination.
Standard Export Documentation
We meticulously prepare all necessary paperwork to ensure zero delays at customs.
Bill of Lading (B/L)
The definitive contract of carriage and receipt of cargo, issued by the shipping line.
Commercial Invoice & Packing List
Detailed breakdown of goods, quantities, weights, and commercial value for customs assessment.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
Laboratory-verified document proving the commodity meets the chemical and physical specifications agreed upon.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, certifying that plant-based exports are free from pests and diseases.
Certificate of Origin (CoO)
Official validation determining the country in which the goods were produced, often utilized for tariff reductions.
