Supply Chain Integrity & Indonesian Sourcing

Indonesia is one of the world's top two natural rubber producers, providing vital raw material to the international automotive tire, industrial hose, and technical polymer compounding sectors. IndoAgro Trade exports Technically Specified Natural Rubber (TSR / SIR 20 and SIR 10) and concentrated natural latex (60% DRC).

Processed from clean cup-lump rubber harvested by smallholder tappers, our SIR 20 undergoes continuous creping, shredding, and tunnel drying under precise temperature curves. Bales are individually weighed, wrapped in low-density polyethylene film, and stacked in heavy-duty export crates to guarantee zero bale adhesion and consistent viscosity (Mooney Viscosity ML 1+4 at 100°C).

Frequently Asked Questions for Buyers

Common operational questions regarding commercial contracts, sample requests, and shipping procedures for Rubber Products.

What are the chemical and physical parameters of Indonesian SIR 20 Natural Rubber?

SIR 20 features Dirt Content max 0.16%, Ash max 0.80%, Volatile Matter max 0.80%, Nitrogen max 0.60%, Initial Wallace Plasticity (P0) min 30, and Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) min 50.

What certificates accompany commercial natural rubber shipments?

Every lot is tested by authorized testing laboratories to provide official Indonesian Rubber Quality Certificates (BPPK), Bale Inspection Reports, and Phytosanitary documentation.

What ocean shipping arrangements are used to prevent bale deformation during transit?

Bales are wrapped in low-density polyethylene film (melting point < 109°C) and stacked securely inside heavy-duty pallets to prevent block adhesion during equatorial sea voyages.
